Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 140 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 60 g flour
- possibly walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the chocolate pieces into a saucepan and melt with 2 tablespoons of water in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly. When it’s lukewarm, stir in the butter and sugar. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Stir the egg yolks and flour into the chocolate mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes. Tip: It also tastes great if you mix a handful of walnut pieces into the batter.
