Peanut butter chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g double cream cheese
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g peanut butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g biscuits, butter or chocolate
  • 75 g butter, liquid
  • 60 g chocolate coating, dark chocolate
  • 60 g chocolate coating, milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • some peanuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the room-temperature cream cheese with the sugar and peanut butter with a spoon. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well beaten. Crumble the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Place in a 26 cm springform pan. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the filling is firm. Let cool completely. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Mix and pour evenly over the cake. Spread and sprinkle with the peanuts (chopped or whole).
