Wienerle noodle and cucumber pot

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 Vienna sausages (chicken wieners)
  • 75 g onion(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g pasta
  • 450 g vegetable broth, homemade
  • 75 g condensed milk, 10%
  • Sea salt and pepper, black
  • some sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the sausages into approximately 1/2 cm thick slices, quarter the onions lengthwise and then cut into strips. Add both to a pan with oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, quarter the cucumber lengthwise and cut into approximately 1/2 cm thick slices. Add the cucumber slices, noodles, broth, and condensed milk to the pan. Heat the contents of the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then arrange and serve.
