Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
- ½ banana(s)
- ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 4 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
Instructions

Lose weight healthily!
Wash the blueberries, peel the banana, and add all ingredients to a blender. If the consistency is too creamy for you, simply add a little more liquid/milk until the smoothie is to your liking.
