Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 5 tbsp plant-based drink
- 200 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp soy flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 170 g chocolate, vegan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Makes about 30 chocolate chip cookies.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk the softened margarine with the sugar and milk. Mix in all the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate, by hand, using a food processor, or a hand mixer. Gently fold in the chocolate and spread evenly. You can also use more chocolate or larger pieces. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds, leaving little space between them, on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes, depending on your taste. Let cool slightly and then remove from the baking sheet.
