Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts or almonds
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the nuts. Roast the sugar with the water until golden brown, then add the nuts and caramelize briefly. Pour the mixture onto an oiled marble slab or baking sheet. Once cooled, cut into squares. I use an oiled knife for this.
