Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s) (refrigerated section)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. tomato paste
  • e.g. sour cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the Maultaschen into small strips. Wash, peel, and dice the cucumber. Wash and dice the bell pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Maultaschen until lightly browned. Add the cucumber and bell pepper cubes and fry briefly. Add tomato paste. Then mix in the sour cream (amount to taste). Stir everything together and simmer for a few seconds. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder, then serve.
