Enztaler Maultaschenpfännle with Leberkäse, peppers and onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g Maultasche(s) from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g Leberkäse
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp spice mix for lahmacun
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen (swabian dumplings) and Leberkäse (liver sausage) into approximately 1 x 1 cm cubes. Clean and deseed the bell peppers, and cut into small strips. Peel the onion and halve it lengthwise. Cut each half into three pieces, then into strips. Add these four ingredients and the spices to a pan with hot oil and fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste, arrange onions, and serve.
