Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of sausages (Knacki sausages) with 6 pieces
  • 1 pack of ready-made product (Knack & Back croissants) containing 6 pieces
  • 150 g double cream herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply

Roll out the croissant dough and spread with a layer of cream cheese. Roll up the sausages. Then bake the sausage rolls in Christoph’s style for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) until crispy and brown. They’re also perfect as a party snack.
