Meatballs made from minced beef with herb cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the herb cream cheese, egg, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Sauté the large onion in a pan with oil until golden brown and add to the minced meat. Form the desired-sized meatballs with your hands and fry thoroughly in hot oil over medium heat. The cream cheese makes the meatballs nice and fluffy, so you don’t need a soggy bread roll.
