Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 1 tsp lemon(s), zest, grated
- Salt
- Pepper, ground black
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Then add the herbs. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and stir until smooth. Wrap in cling film and form into a roll and refrigerate to set. To serve, slice the herb butter roll and place it on each steak.
