  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
  • Dill, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the low-fat quark and natural yogurt until creamy. Finely chop the onion and cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Mix both with the quark and yogurt mixture and season with spices. It tastes delicious as a small appetizer with white bread, baguette, or wheat toast.
