Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 20 black olives, pitted
  • 20 grapes, light, seedless
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply

Blend the low-fat quark and natural yogurt until creamy. Chop the olives and grapes into very small pieces. Stir everything together and season with the spices listed. Delicious with baguette or toasted wheat bread.
