Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, cooked
  • 500 g apples, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Steam the apples in a little water until soft. Drain in a sieve (the steamed water can be drunk as apple juice) and mix with the cooked pasta. Melt the butter and let it brown slightly. Then pour it over the apple pasta and sprinkle everything with cinnamon sugar.
