Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 slices of Leberkäse
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the Leberkäse into thin strips and fry in hot fat. Trim the leek, wash thoroughly, and chop. Trim the mushrooms and slice them. Add and continue frying. Add water and let it reduce slightly. Add the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with rice and a large bowl of salad. Approx. 212 kcal per serving.
