Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin flesh
- 540 g flour, type 550
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, grated
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for the bread maker
Dice the pumpkin flesh, cook in salted water, drain, then weigh it. Reserving the cooking liquid, add it after the first kneading if the dough is too stiff. Place the pumpkin flesh and the remaining ingredients in the bread maker’s baking pan and prepare according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
