Simple salad dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 2 tsp herbs, fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for leaf salads

Combine all ingredients in an empty jam jar, close the lid, and shake vigorously…done. If the salad is larger, I use 4 tablespoons of the above ingredients instead of 3. The rest stays the same.
