Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 400 g dough, yufka dough triangles or brik sheets
  • olive oil
  • Sesame, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the filling, mash the cheese with a fork and mix with the finely chopped parsley. Season with paprika and salt. Crack the eggs and stir in. Preheat oven to 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Brush each sheet of dough thinly with olive oil and spread 1 heaped teaspoon of filling, leaving a 2 cm border all around. Roll the dough sheet up as tightly as possible and place it on a greased baking sheet. Mix the egg yolk with a little olive oil and brush the dough rolls with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
