Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of sardines
  • 1 potato(s), boiled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • some oil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drain the sardines in oil and mix them with mashed boiled potatoes. Add the chopped onion and season with salt, pepper, and chives. Toss with a drizzle of fresh oil and enjoy on white bread. Perfect for brunch.
