Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar of dried tomatoes in oil
- ½ feta cheese (approx. 150 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil with herbs (preferably from the pickled tomatoes)
- possibly cream cheese as required
- Salt
- pepper
- Herbs, Italian style
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the blender. Crumble the feta and add them. Add a little oil and blend until smooth. If desired, add a little more oil or cream cheese for a creamier consistency. Season with salt and pepper. A few Italian herbs also add a nice touch. Serve with fresh baguette or flatbread.
