Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of smoked trout fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 walnuts, chopped
Instructions

Tear apart the trout fillets, finely chop the onion and tomatoes, and add the chopped walnuts. Puree with salad dressing and seasoning. Also suitable for cold buffets.
