Cheese – Pesto – Ciabatta

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 20 slices of ciabatta
  • 400 g cheese, Gouda or Emmental in a piece
  • 75 g pesto, green (jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Arrange the ciabatta slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Grate the cheese and place small mounds of it on each ciabatta. Bake in the oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is browned. When the ciabatta is ready, spread some pesto on each slice and serve warm immediately.
