Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- Clarified butter
- e.g. fruit (apples, cherries, currants…)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks and stir in all ingredients (except egg whites). Finally, carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and fry the pancakes in clarified butter. If you like, you can also top the batter with fruit.
