Butcher Sausage Wrapped in Bacon

The perfect butcher sausage wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Butcher sausages
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 2 little red Onions
  • 4 tablespoon Barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  1. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
  2. 4 Place slices of bacon close together, cover with the onion and wrap the sausage with it.
  3. Mix the barbeque sauce, whiskey and honey, brush the sausages with it and fry for 3 minutes on each side. I made a small sauce from the rest of the marinade.
  4. We ate potato salad and a small salad with it.
