Butcher Sausage Wrapped in Bacon
The perfect butcher sausage wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Butcher sausages
- 200 g Bacon
- 2 little red Onions
- 4 tablespoon Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Whiskey
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
- 4 Place slices of bacon close together, cover with the onion and wrap the sausage with it.
- Mix the barbeque sauce, whiskey and honey, brush the sausages with it and fry for 3 minutes on each side. I made a small sauce from the rest of the marinade.
- We ate potato salad and a small salad with it.
