Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can pineapple, drained, collecting the juice
- 1 can peach(s), drained, collecting the juice
- some salt
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp, heaped cornstarch or cream to thicken
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the fruit into small pieces. Heat the pineapple juice and peach juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, thicken with Mondamin or cream to the desired consistency. Then simply add all the fruit to the pan and season with salt and a generous amount of curry powder.
