Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 orange(s), juice
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 30 g sugar
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp mascarpone or yogurt
- 30 g almonds, ground
- 3 tbsp sour cherries
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp cocoa powder or chocolate shavings

Combine all dry ingredients in a mug or glass jar with a lid. Add the wet ingredients and the mascarpone or yogurt. Secure the lid and shake until well blended. Top with the sour cherries. Let the mug sit in the refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings just before serving.
