Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g broccoli
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Steam the broccoli in a little water and chop it up. Drain the water. Puree it with the garlic cloves and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with toasted bread.
