Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pieces of turkey breast, grilled
- 1 large salad
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 100 g mushrooms
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into thick slices. Wash and drain the lettuce, then divide it among 4 plates. Wash the bell peppers and mushrooms and slice them into thin strips. Arrange them on top of the salad with the meat. Combine the oil, a grated onion, and the juice of half a lemon, season with salt, and season. Then drizzle the dressing over the salad. Slice the remaining lemon and garnish the 4 plates.
