Dumpling salad with salami

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of bread rolls – dumplings (boil-in-the-bag)
  • 300 g salami or other hard sausage in one piece
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 jar beans (wax beans)
  • 1 small jar of olives
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley (alternatively 1 pack of frozen parsley)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Prepare the dumplings exactly according to the package instructions. Let cool and slice. Slice the salami as well. Deseed the cucumber and cut into half rings. Drain the beans and olives and mix in. For the sauce, finely dice the shallot, chop the herbs, and mix with the remaining ingredients. Spread everything over the salad and let it marinate well.
