Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp coriander, ground
  • ¼ tsp clove powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Grind all ingredients with the vanilla pod and let it rest for at least a day so the vanilla flavor can blend with the other spices. Then add it to the plum jam mixture and bring to a boil. Prepare the plum jam as usual. Fill sterilized twist-off jars while still hot, seal immediately, and turn upside down. Turn again shortly afterward and let cool.
