Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 roll of topping dough
- 1 tbsp gyro seasoning
- 10 tbsp meatloaf
- 100 g Gouda, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and spread the meatloaf mixture on it, leaving some space at the top. Sprinkle the gyro seasoning over the top. Roll up the puff pastry and then cut each into two-finger-wide rolls. Preheat the grill. Place the rolls on a pizza tray or baking sheet and grill at 220 to 250°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle all the snails with cheese and grill for another 10 minutes. When the cheese is melted and the pastry is cooked through, remove from the grill.
