Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 12 rolls
- 250g pulled pork
- 100 g cheese, grated or chopped
- 12 tsp BBQ sauce
- 10 tsp BBQ rub
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the grill. Remove the rolls from the packaging and roll them in the rub, ensuring the sides are coated. Cut a cross into each roll and form a hollow. Fill this hollow with pulled pork, then add a teaspoon of BBQ sauce to each roll and sprinkle with cheese. Place the rolls on a pizza tray, place them on the grill, and grill at approximately 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes. The rolls are ready when the cheese has melted and the rolls are cooked through.
