Lotusflowers Eggs – Canapés

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, roughly chopped
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • a little chives, chervil or dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a bowl, combine the quark, curry, mustard, salt, and chopped chives. Beat in the eggs. Spread the egg mixture evenly on slices of toast and cut them in half diagonally. Garnish the canapés with chives, chervil, or dill.
