Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 banana(s)
- 30 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink) or milk with 1.5% fat
- sweetener
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles (whole milk)
- 1 tsp baking soda or baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour, banana, margarine, and soy milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a hand blender. Season with sweetener to taste. Stir in the milk chocolate sprinkles and baking soda, but do not use a hand blender. Cook the mixture into pancakes in a nonstick pan without adding any fat.
