Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 ½ tsp flour
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- some oil
- 100 g strawberries, cleaned, washed and sliced
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the egg, milk, flour, and salt into a thin batter. Add the sliced strawberries, place everything in a pan lightly brushed with oil, and cook for about 3 minutes. Then carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 3 minutes. Fold the finished pancake onto a plate and sprinkle with sugar.
