Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml grape juice, light
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar (1:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quickly with only 2 ingredients

Combine the grape juice and gelling sugar in a suitably sized pot. Boil gently for about a minute. Then immediately pour into three prepared jars and seal with the appropriate lids. The jelly will set in 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the jar size, making it a great surprise.
