Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Bring the orange juice and gelling sugar to a boil in a large saucepan and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Pour the liquid into clean twist-off jars (preferably rinsed with boiling water shortly before use) and seal tightly. Turn upside down for a few minutes, then turn them upside down again and let them cool completely.
