Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g poultry sausage
  • 30 g Emmental cheese, 45% F. i. Tr.
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Skin the sausage and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into sticks. Wash the tomato, halve it, and remove the stem. Dice the flesh. Halve the gherkin lengthwise and slice it. Peel and finely chop the onion. Prepare a sauce with oil, vinegar, water, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the sauce and the prepared ingredients together, seasoning to taste if desired. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
