Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 750 ml milk, about
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread a thin layer of batter in a pan and fry until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat this process until all the batter is used up. Finally, add savory or sweet fillings.
