Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Butter, for baking

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Basic recipe
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the milk, cream, eggs, salt, sugar, and oil, and stir everything together to form a smooth, thin batter. Let it rest for about 1 hour, then stir again. (This allows the flour to expand properly.) Pancakes should be baked as thinly as possible. This recipe yields approximately 20 pancakes baked in a 15 cm diameter pan.
