Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 4 rolls
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onions and bell peppers. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Combine the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, tomato paste, mustard, and seasonings. Add the bell peppers and corn and mix. Cut the rolls in half. Top with tomato slices and spread the meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
