Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Ciabatta – Olive for baking
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Basil, fresh
- Garlic
- 3 mozzarella, maybe more
- 4 tomatoes, more depending on size
Instructions

simple and quick variant
Pre-bake the olive bread for about half an hour. Then slice it. Rub the slices with garlic and then lightly toast them in a pan with olive oil. Remove from the oven and top with tomato slices, season, roughly chop the basil, and sprinkle over the bread. Finally, top with mozzarella slices. Bake at approximately 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for about 8 minutes.
