Pancakes with chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 ml milk
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 170 g chocolate
  • 125 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Take a bowl and mix together the flour, sugar, salt, milk, and mineral water. Now add the egg yolk. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with three times the amount of mineral water until stiff peaks form. Be careful, this will make a lot of stiff peaks. Fold in the stiff peaks. Add butter to the pan and fry on both sides. Make the filling from the listed ingredients and spread it over the pancakes. Tip: Add 0.5 sachet of baking powder if desired.
