Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g lamb, approx. (grilled) e.g. shoulder, steak, leg…
  • 1 wrap(s) (wheat wrap) or flatbread for Dürüm
  • 4 tbsp garlic sauce
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 6 basil leaves
  • ¼ onion(s), cut into half rings
  • ¼ tsp sumac

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Lamb Durum

Briefly grill the lamb (heat it up), as well as the wrap. Place the heated wrap on a board and spread with two tablespoons of garlic sauce (leaving the edges free). Place the meat, herbs (parsley and basil), and onion on top and spread with another two tablespoons of garlic sauce. Finish with sumac spice. Fold the bottom half of the wrap inward, then tuck the right and left sides toward the center, pulling gently. Done! Enjoy grilling.
