Salmon fillet in honey and mustard sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • 750 g salmon fillet(s)
  • Dill, fresh
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and mince the garlic. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté the garlic, then remove from the heat. Add honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Clean the salmon fillet. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and season lightly with salt. Place the fish in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the fish. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Chop the dill and sprinkle it over the fish before serving. Serve with Ebly, rice or baguette, and a fresh salad.
