Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 85 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 150 ml milk
- 1 can apricot(s)
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 150 g natural yogurt

Saves you the trouble of frying pancakes and is super delicious!
Set the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Pour the butter into a (round) baking dish or a heatproof pan and let it melt. In the meantime, heat the milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds and mix it with the other ingredients, except for the apricots, strawberries, and natural yogurt. Remove the dish from the oven and stir the melted butter into the batter. Now pour the batter into the dish and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Once the pancake is ready, remove it from the oven and place it on a wire rack. Serve with the fruit and yogurt. Tip: You can swap out the fruit according to taste or the season.
