Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled, 250 g
- 1 small onion(s)
- 4 tsp tomato paste
- Broth, instant
- oregano
- Thyme
- 125 g pasta, cooked
- 2 slice(s) cheese, 45% fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice a small onion and fry in a pan until golden brown. Chop 250g of peeled tomatoes and add them. Simmer until a thick sauce forms. Season with 4 teaspoons of tomato paste, thyme, oregano, and instant broth. Layer the cooked pasta in an ovenproof dish. Pour the tomato sauce over it and cover with two slices of cheese. Bake at 180°C (Gas Mark 3).
