Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 jar Ajvar, hot, approx. 300 g
- 2 points sheep’s cheese
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- possibly sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Delicious party spread
Crumble the feta cheese and blend it with the finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, ajvar, and pepper to taste using a hand blender. If the consistency is too thick (usually due to the fat content of the cheese), you can add another tablespoon of sour cream. Serve with baguette or ciabatta. A delicious spread for parties and family.
