Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • some vinegar
  • 200 g radishes
  • 400 g cucumber(s)
  • 200 g spring onions
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spring salad with quark

Mix the quark with the vinegar and salt until creamy. Dice the radishes, spring onions (including the green parts), tomatoes, and cucumber, pour the quark dressing over them, mix well, and chill. This mixture can also be used to stuff ham, or you can dice turkey breast and add it to the mixture. A delicious summer recipe with few calories! Also perfect with potatoes or grilled food. Note for all low-fat fans: 5.35% fat content, so very low!
